Whether developing a grant proposal, designing a learning sequence, or facilitating strategic planning, our approach centers three overarching themes:

  • 🌿 Planting Joy: We imagine a world where every plant is a reminder of joy. From sowing school garden crops to promoting native habitat, we promote positive interaction with plants.
  • 🌱 Growing Jobs: We believe in the power of growth, not just for plants but for individual potential and communities. We partner with organizations to provide experiential learning opportunities that introduce youth to sustainable career paths.
  • 🌎 Cultivating Justice: We acknowledge the challenges and barriers to reclaiming our connection to nature and the outdoors. We take an asset-based approach to promoting engagement with complex environmental, social, and economic issues.
