In 2025, The School Garden Doctor grew hope and cultivated community by expanding its monarch habitat projects and engaging youth. Community support fueled initiatives for environmental education, laying foundations for continued growth in 2026.

Speaking Up for Monarchs: Talk About Taking Action
Attending events that celebrate our flagship species is one of the ways we can repair our relationship to nature and heal environmental wounds. Attend The Bay Area Butterfly Festival on Sunday, June 1st, from 10am-5pm on Mare Island in Vallejo to learn more about taking action for monarchs.
